Ken Porter's 1966 Barracuda

The entire interior was removed for the restoration. The dash pad and instrument cluster were removed and restored. The heater box and factory air conditioning were also removed and restored. The back seat on these cars could fold forward expanding the rear cargo area to directly behind the front seats. The backs of the rear seats as well as the entire rear cargo area including the rear wheel tubs were carpeted and lined with stainless steel trim pieces and screws.  We all got involved with the restoration and polishing of all the interior trim parts including Ken.

The headliner bows were sanded and sprayed with a primer coat prior to the installation of a new head liner. New weather stripping was used on the doors and trunk seal as well as the windshield and huge back glass. New chrome lock strip was used to secure both glass pieces in place.
